Class Description:
Yoga/Stretch
The intention of the class is to open your body and re-connect its different parts using breathing, stretches, imagery and strengthening. The class will be composed of exercises taken from yoga, reiki, body mind centering, fascial stretches and pilates to help you achieve this goal.

ARJOLAYNE AUGER has a college degree in communications and theatre and a bachelor in dance from UQAM. She is also a certified Hatha Yoga teacher and Reiki practitioner. She had the chance to tour Mexico in the multidisciplinary project Los Angeles de la calle and dance for Danza Corpus in Cuba. She also toured with tango orchestras and adapted Romeo and Juliet to a tango show. She was introduced to Kathak and Baratha Natyam working in Manijeh Ali and Aparna
Sindhoor projects. In 2006, she presented her first show, Saudade. In New York, she has performed, at the Limon Institute, work by Jose Limòn and Sue Bernard. She appeared also in Laura Shapiro’s, Diego Funes’ and Yuki Hasegawa’s works. Last Summer, she presented her last creation Que le vent l’emporte, at New York Fringe festival.
