MARQUEZ's
choreographic career began as a toddler when he made a suggestion to his
pre-school teacher on "How to Make it Better."
Among his many achievements,
he has won the Absolute Theatre Award for his original choreographic work
entitled Galileo and is the recipient of the Zoni Award for his
production of The Gershwin's Fascinating Rhythm in Arizona. His
other achievements include The Adventures of Tom Sawyer on Broadway
and PBS's Great Performances: My Favorite Broadway --The Leading Ladies,
starring Julie Andrews and Jennifer Holiday.
David has also choreographed
for The Goodman Theater in Chicago, Hartford Stage and Long Wharf Theater
in Connecticut as well as appearing on Broadway with Chita Rivera, Vanessa
Williams and Carol Lawrence in Kiss of the Spider Woman.
